Program description

Suncoast Express Driver Dispatch Alerts provides recurring informational and operational text messages to drivers who opt in. Messages may include new or revised load assignments, pickup and delivery information, route links, schedule changes, and other load-related instructions.

How to enroll

Text START to (352) 310-0090. Enrollment is limited to people authorized to receive Suncoast Express driver communications.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on assigned loads and dispatch activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Suncoast Express does not charge a separate fee for the program.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further program messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, email dispatch@shipsuncoast.com, or call (352) 310-0090.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or service. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number used to enroll and agree to notify Suncoast Express if that number changes.

Carriers and delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability and your carrier’s terms.

Privacy

Your participation is governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
